PUC Services is continually making upgrades to improve our customer's experience.

In order to provide improved services, PUC’s meter data solutions partner SmartWorks is upgrading their servers. As a result, meter consumption data on the MyPUC App and Customer Connect will be temporarily unavailable between March 23rd and March 28. Once SmartWorks in back online, all meter data will be available.
