Our Atlas Noticiation System is used for planned water service interruptions, and customers will be notified 24 to 48 hours before a repair occurs. We are committed to maintaining the city's infrastructure. Planned service interruptions are necessary to maintain the safe and reliable delivery of water to all customers and to make repairs to the water distribution system. Customers can also view planned and emergency outage information on our MyPUC App.
In the event of an emergency watermain break, our crews will notify the affected customers on site.
