PUC Services Inc. requires a minimum of 3 business days to process online requests.

A $30.00 Account Set Up fee will be charged to your first billing statement.

Security Deposits may be required by PUC Services Inc. as per our Conditions of Service and may be billed to your account in six equal installments. The security deposit may be waived if certain conditions are met, please review PUC Services Security Deposit requirements on the Open/Close Account page. A Customer Care Representative will contact you if a deposit is required.

You can pay your PUC Services bill through online or telephone banking, pre-authorized direct withdrawal from your chequing account (View Payment Options), by cheque through the mail, or our drop box located in front of the PUC building at 500 Second Line E.

Privacy and Collection of Personal Information

PUC Services Inc. is regulated by the Ontario Energy Board. Your service contract with PUC Services Inc. is in effect from the effective date of your service. You agree and accept the terms in our Conditions of Service which may be amended from time to time and you accept financial responsibility for all charges as set out by the Ontario Energy Board until such time as you notify PUC Services Inc. to terminate your contract.
