During the current COVID-19 pandemic, there is a notable increase in the purchase of sanitary wipes, paper towel and disinfecting products. PUC is urging customers to dispose of sanitary wipes, paper towels or any other products in the garbage and not to dispose of these items in your toilets.

PUC Services is joining Local Distribution Companies across Ontario in providing some security to electricity customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. PUC Services has committed to a three-month extension on the disconnection moratorium for its customers effective March 18, 2020. The moratorium that is in place over the winter months until April 30th will be extended until the end of July 2020.
