TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
RFP № 24 03 003 JAMES STREET PULLBOX REMEDIATION
Emailed submissions of Electronic Tenders will be received by the PUC Services Inc. Purchasing Department, at purchasing.dept@ssmpuc.com until:
15:00 hours local time on Wednesday, May 1st, 2024
The Scope of Work shall include all labour, materials, equipment, and any other costs associated with the structural remediation of three (3) pullboxes located on James Street: PB36, PB37, and PB38. The intended removals and additions are referenced in the drawings.
This contract will run from execuion of contract to project completion which is to be no later than November 15, 2024.

There will be no public opening of this tender, however all bidders will be notified of their results.
Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. PUC Services Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
